At Blue Beautifly, dissatisfaction with our products or our service is not an option.
Therefore, we will issue a full refund on products returned to us for any reason within 30 days, exclusive of shipping charges. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for return. In your email, please include the following information:
- Order # (see confirmation email at time of purchase)
- Your Name
- Reason for return
Shipping charges for returning product(s) are borne by the customer. We process refunds within two weeks of receipt of returned items. We encourage using a trackable shipping service for returning items.
If you purchased from one of our retail partners (international stockists, boutique spas, or luxury resorts), please contact the reseller to arrange for returning the product. But if they are not able to work out a satisfactory resolution with you, then please contact us at email@example.com for further assistance. At Blue Beautifly, dissatisfaction is not an option.
